I'M BACK!!!

 

Well it's been a while but I intend to start blogging again. My shop, Lilac Home & Garden has been up and running at 2125 Fifteenth St Irymple Vic. for a year now. It keeps me very busy, it's one of the best busies I've ever experienced...wouldn't change it for the world!. We are open Tuesday to Saturday 10am till 4pm and closed Sunday and Monday. We sell my Shabby and Boho Chic restorations, Marea's and my hand made gift ware, Antiques, Vintage, Rustic, other gift ware.....etc. etc. Something for everyone :-)

Just letting you know, our next open day will be on Sunday 9th and Monday 10th of the long weekend of June.

Sorry this blog is going to be short and sweet but our beautiful daughter J, and her puppy Cider, are shifting out and moving away at the end of this week, to start the next chapter in her life. I've been so busy with the opening of LILAC HOME & GARDEN that its only just hit me...must say I'm feeling a little sad now :(

Here are the photos I promised... sorry I've left it to the last day before opening but I hit a wall mid week and had to slow down a tad! Decided its not worth knocking myself out, I've done my best. It will be what it is, and if I haven't done or made everything I planned to, it doesn't really matter, I am very happy with what I've done. Not forgetting there will be lots of other interesting things from Chris, Barbara, Val and H.

 

This garden seat is very very hard to part with but my daughter J and dear friend H have bullied me into it :-(

Only one week to go!
So much to do in this last week but everything is running smoothly, so fingers crossed....I'll be ready.  :)
As I said in my last post, our GRAND OPENING is on Sunday the 12th of May. We will be open from 10am till 3pm, and again on Monday the 13th, 10am till 3pm. At this stage I plan to open every second Sunday and Monday 10am till 3pm, but stay posted on Facebook, this may change as time goes along because I will have to wait and see how things work out.
